A detailed set of architectural drawings are prepared for Tender, showing the plans, sections, elevations and other details such as staircases, built-in joinery and furniture.

These drawings form a contract set of documents used by the prospective builders.

We then collectively evaluate and select the building contractors and subcontractors. Schedules for the furniture, finishes, fixtures and fittings are also finalised. We ensure strict adherence to BCA, DDA and relevant Australian Standards.
